I understand that Florida Travelers travels throughout the state of Florida and sometimes other places besides Florida.  I understand that any of the trips may involve personal risk to me and my heirs, and I, hereby, affirmatively state that I assume all responsibilities for my participations, use of all equipment and facilities, and any and all liability and bodily injury for said risks are my own.

I, hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Florida Travelers, its employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents staff, vendors its subsidiaries, partners, shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental special, consequential or exemplary damages in from any and all claims whatsoever and causes of action present, future, and unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of my free and voluntary participation in said trip.

Florida Travelers does not screen or run background checks on members.  Florida Travelers believes that you should do your own research on any member if you choose to meet while not at an assigned Florida Travelers meet.  If you should choose to meet a Florida Travelers' member not at a designed Florida Travelers meeting and want to meet a member on your own, always meet a public place where other people are around, tell others where and who you are going with, leave a note at your home, etc.  If you feel awkward or uncomfortable at any time, get up and leave.   

Florida Travelers shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential and/or incidental arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the service, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other registered members of this Service or persons you meet through this Service.  You are at your own risk when dealing with other members.

Florida Travelers does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any and all information on the Service, or adopt, endorse or accept responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made by an party that appears on the Florida Travelers website.  Under no circumstances will Florida Travelers or its affiliates be responsible for any loss or damage result from your reliance on information or other content posted on the website or transmitted to or by any members.

I, hereby state that I have my own health insurance or other means and that I am in good physical condition, and that I have been advised by Florida Travelers to seek the advice of my doctor concerning the medical and health risks risks associated with all trips.

I understand and acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of travel is derived, in part, from my active participation in activities, but any of the travel trips have inherent risks, medical, health, including serious injury, accident, illness, death, loss of personal property and expenses thereof as a result of travel adventures and do so voluntarily and I assume all responsibilities for my participation.
